Every lead in your territory must be acknowledged within 48 hours — claim it, pass it, or let it roll to the opportunity board. Consistent misses put your territory at risk.

Your trailing rating from homeowners must stay at or above 75%. Ratings are collected automatically after project close — no manual submission required.
Territory status cycles through: active → at risk → suspended → released. A released ZIP reopens to other contractors immediately. Full SLA documentation coming to /territory.

A ZIP territory is exclusive routing rights for a single US ZIP code. When a homeowner submits a project scoping form with an address in your ZIP, the lead routes directly to you — no one else in your territory sees it. One contractor owns each ZIP at a time. You can hold multiple ZIPs based on your plan.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel month-to-month with no penalty. Annual plans cancel at the end of the billing year. When you cancel, your ZIP territories release and become available to other contractors. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.
Missing the 48-hour acknowledgment window or dropping below a 75% homeowner rating moves your territory to at risk status. You get a notification and a window to correct it. Sustained poor performance escalates to suspended, then released — at which point the ZIP opens for another contractor. The goal isn't to punish — it's to keep homeowners from waiting on dead leads.
