Terms of Service
1. About Scopilot
Scopilot provides an AI-assisted project scoping and lead qualification platform that connects homeowners with contractors in the concrete, excavation, and drainage trades. Homeowners use Scopilot to document and submit project details (address, GPS coordinates, drawn project areas, photos, and questionnaire responses). Contractors receive these qualified submissions as leads via email and a web dashboard.
Scopilot is operated by Two Wolves Ventures LLC d/b/a Infinite Horizons Solutions ("Scopilot," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Scopilot platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
For Homeowners
You must own or legally represent the property that is the subject of your project submission. You may not submit scoping requests for properties you do not have authority over. You represent that all information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
For Contractors
Contractor accounts are for businesses actively providing concrete, excavation, drainage, or related trade services. You represent that you hold all required licenses, permits, and insurance to perform the work described in any project you accept via Scopilot. Scopilot reserves the right to suspend accounts that misrepresent business credentials.
3. Lead Acceptance Policy
When a contractor receives a lead through Scopilot, the following applies:
- Contractors are expected to review and respond to new leads within 24–48 hours of receiving notification.
- Scopilot acts solely as a discovery and intake platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of homeowner submissions, the willingness of homeowners to proceed, or the outcome of any engagement initiated through a Scopilot lead.
- Scopilot is not responsible for leads that go unreturned, jobs that fall through, or any downstream transactions between homeowners and contractors.
- Contractors who consistently fail to respond to leads may have their account suspended or lead access revoked at Scopilot's discretion.
4. Subscription & Payment Terms
Current founding member pricing is a one-time payment of $1,500 for lifetime access ("Founding Members"). This payment is processed through Stripe via the Scopilot platform and is non-refundable after 30 days from account activation, per the money-back guarantee described at the time of purchase.
Future pricing (post-founding cohort) may include monthly or annual subscription plans. All paid plans are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Scopilot reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Limitation of Liability
Scopilot is a project scoping and lead discovery tool. All work performed by contractors is conducted independently of Scopilot. Scopilot does not employ, supervise, or direct any contractor using the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scopilot and its operators (Two Wolves Ventures LLC d/b/a Infinite Horizons Solutions) shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
- Lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption caused by leads that do not convert to paying work.
- Disputes, injuries, or damages arising from work performed by contractors contacted through Scopilot.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in homeowner-submitted project information.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liability limitations. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

This data is used to match homeowners with contractors and to deliver lead notifications. Homeowner data is shared with the contractor who receives the lead for quote purposes only. Scopilot does not sell homeowner or contractor data to third parties.

You may not use Scopilot to:

- Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law in connection with your use of Scopilot.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Scopilot platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Owensboro, Kentucky.
By using Scopilot, you waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
